Welcome to VedicBridge. By using our website and booking our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any bookings or payments.
1. Service Scope

We provide Pandit Ji booking services for various pujas, rituals, havans, kathas, and related religious ceremonies.

The details of each puja package, including inclusions, duration, and charges, will be displayed on the respective service page.

Any special requirements must be informed at the time of booking.
2. Booking & Confirmation

Bookings can be made online through our website or by contacting our team.

A booking is confirmed only after we receive full or partial advance payment.

We reserve the right to decline or reschedule any booking based on Pandit Ji’s availability.
3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

Payments can be made securely via Razorpay or other available methods.

We do not store your payment card details on our servers.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellation:

Cancellation up to 48 hours before the puja date: Eligible for 80% refund.

Cancellation within 48 hours: No refund.

Service Provider-Initiated Cancellation:

If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a 100% refund or can reschedule without extra charges.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
5. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure that the venue is ready for puja (clean space, arrangements for sitting, water, and basic setup).

Provide accurate details while booking (name, contact number, address, date & time).

Be present or ensure a responsible person is present at the time of puja.
6. Puja Samagri (Materials)

Some packages include puja samagri, while others may require the customer to arrange it.

The list of required items will be shared before the puja.
7. Liability

We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage during or after the puja.

Religious results of puja are based on faith and belief — we do not guarantee specific outcomes.
8. Use of Website

You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to disrupt our services.

All content, images, and designs on the website are the property of VedicBridge and cannot be copied without permission.
9. Governing Law
