Return & Cancellation Policy – VedicBridge

At VedicBridge, we aim to provide transparent and fair cancellation terms for all puja and ritual services booked through our platform. Please read this policy carefully before making a booking.


1. Service-Based Nature

  • All our services (puja, havan, rituals, consultations) are time-bound and personalized.

  • Since these are non-tangible services, no physical product is shipped, and returns are not applicable once the service is completed.


2. Cancellation by Customer

  • After 48 Hours of Service Booking – No refund will be issued, as preparations and arrangements will already be made.

  • Within 24–48 Hours Of Service Booking – 50% refund of the booking amount.

  • Within 24 Hours of Service Booking – Full refund of the booking amount (minus payment gateway charges).


3. Cancellation by VedicBridge

  • In rare cases, if Pandit Ji is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we will:

    • Reschedule the puja at a mutually agreed time OR

    • Provide a full refund of the booking amount.


4. No-Show Policy

  • If the customer fails to be present at the scheduled location/time without prior intimation, no refund will be provided.


5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be initiated within 3–5 business days from the date of approval.

  • Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used during booking.
