Annaprashan Sanskar is a sacred ceremony in which a baby is fed solid food, usually rice or kheer, for the very first time. This ritual is performed by Pandit Ji with proper mantras, Ganesh Puja, and a small havan to seek blessings for the child.

It marks the beginning of the child’s healthy growth and development. During the ceremony, Pandit Ji performs puja, offers prayers for the child’s well-being, and then the baby is lovingly fed the first morsel of food by parents or elders. Family members and relatives bless the child with happiness, health, and prosperity, making the occasion both spiritual and joyful.
