Return & Cancellation Policy – VedicBridge
At VedicBridge, we aim to provide transparent and fair cancellation terms for all puja and ritual services booked through our platform. Please read this policy carefully before making a booking.
1. Service-Based Nature

All our services (puja, havan, rituals, consultations) are time-bound and personalized.

Since these are non-tangible services, no physical product is shipped, and returns are not applicable once the service is completed.
2. Cancellation by Customer

After 48 Hours of Service Booking – No refund will be issued, as preparations and arrangements will already be made.

Within 24–48 Hours Of Service Booking – 50% refund of the booking amount.

Within 24 Hours of Service Booking – Full refund of the booking amount (minus payment gateway charges).
3. Cancellation by VedicBridge

In rare cases, if Pandit Ji is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we will:

Reschedule the puja at a mutually agreed time OR
-
Provide a full refund of the booking amount.

4. No-Show Policy

If the customer fails to be present at the scheduled location/time without prior intimation, no refund will be provided.
5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be initiated within 3–5 business days from the date of approval.

Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used during booking.
